Short summary of the project

The project was developed by 5 partners: Association "EAPN-Latvia" (Riga, Latvia), Eesti People To People (Tallinn, Estonia), Lithuanian Multiple Sclerosis Union (Vilnius, Lithuania), Odense School of Adult Eduaction (Odense, Denmark) and People To People International (Bergen, Norway).

The project objective: for 10 adult educators to gain knowledge and experience regarding the compliance with the principles of social rights and the practical application of these principles in relation to the development of NGO's social entrepreneurship. 7 discussion meetings/workshops will promote the consolidation of the basic principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights when it comes to the availability of NGO's social enterprises and providing an inclusive environment for different social groups of population and families at risk, people with disabilities.

Extensive publicity measures in the process of the project and dissemination of project's results will also take place. A project website will be maintained, an informative booklet and a brochure that consists of conclusions of the educators will be prepared. The Nordplus grant is EUR 37240,00.

The basic principles of the EPSR: Equal opportunities and equal access to the labour market - Equal opportunities. Active support for employment. The exchange of experience between project partners regarding the respect for social rights in the social enterprise that employs young people and seniors, including immigrants.

The basic principles of the EPSR: Fair working conditions - Safe and adaptable workplaces. Wages. Work-life balance. The exchange of experience between project partners regarding the respect for social rights in the social enterprise that employs house craftsmen and traders, including immigrants.

The basic principles of the EPSR: Fair working conditions - Social protection and inclusion - Social protection. Minimum income. The exchange of experience between project partners regarding the respect for social rights in the social enterprise that employs people from social risk groups and families, including immigrants.

The basic principles of the EPSR: Fair working conditions - Social protection and inclusion - Inclusion of people with disabilities. The exchange of experience between project partners regarding the respect for social rights in the social enterprise that employs people with disabilities, including immigrants.

7. Meeting in Riga, Latvia
01/12/2020 - 28/02/2021

Compilation and analysis of the project results; drawing the conclusions; preparing the contents of the brochure project and planning the dissemination of the project results. Closing the project.
